THE STILL SMALL VOICE
OF G-D
by Eva
In light of all we see and hear,
Discouragement surrounds us all around.
Yet in the deepest night is heard
The still small voice of G-D.

When it seems the darkest hour is come,
When all hope seems to be lost,
When the laughter of the world grows ever louder,
The still small voice of G-D is heard.

A distraught soul is tossed to and fro, as
The sea of life pounds against his ship,
Yet far within his reach is heard
The still small voice of G-D.

Great men of G-D have come and gone.
Their bodies, now dust, quietly lay in their graves.
A strong wind passes, and in a moment,
Blows and scatters each particle of dust  away.

Yet the still small voice of G-D lives on.
Within the heart of repentant man,
Forever leading, forever guiding
Onto the shores of His Promised Land.
