| A HAVEN OF REST by Eva |
| I long to dwell in quiet fields Where peaceful waters flow And dance merrily in the sun With both lilacs and merrigold. Away from all the hurt and pain; A world set apart for me. A place where I can often come Where my heart feels secure and free. I close my eyes and listen To stillness lacing the air, Thin threads of gold and silver, Shimmering, No cares or burdens there. It's a special place, a holy place, A beautiful garden divine, Where the sweet fragrance of G-D's pure love Becomes my oil and wine. |
